Katy Perry's blasphemous music video digitally scrubbed
"Dark Horse" the new music chart topping song video of Katy Perry offended Muslims around the globe by burning a man wearing pendant with the name Allah on it. Iqbal Shahzad, a UK resident signed a petition on Change.org.
Within a few days, the petition had more then 60,000 supporters. A new version of Perry's video has been uploaded to her YouTube and Vevo channels & the offending pendant has been digitally scrubbed.
In an interview, Perry dismissed any ill intent by making the offending music video.
Since the blasphemous movie against the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H), such offensive practices have become very frequent. However, this is a victory for the muslim world against such acts. It's also a lesson for muslims to sign a peaceful petition rather then violent protests.
